Welcome to Get Social Done, LLC. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, consulting services, and the GSD Lab (collectively, the "Services"). By purchasing or accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Services & Earnings Disclaimer

Get Social Done, LLC provides digital marketing strategy, GoHighLevel templates, and AI prompting frameworks (including the C.O.R.E. system).

No Financial Guarantees: We provide tools and education. We do not guarantee any specific financial result, return on ad spend (ROAS), or business growth. Your success depends entirely on your own execution, work ethic, and market factors.

Not "Done-For-You": Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, the GSD Lab is a "Done-With-You" and educational environment. We guide you; you push the buttons.

2. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

By enrolling in the GSD Lab or any recurring service, you agree to an automatic monthly subscription.

Billing Cycle: Your payment method on file will be charged automatically every 30 days from the date of your initial purchase.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at [Insert Email Address] at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Canceling prevents future charges but does not automatically refund previous charges. All monthly payments are final and lock you in for that billing cycle.

3. The GSD Lab 30-Day Guarantee & Refunds

For Founding Members of the GSD Lab, we offer a strict 30-day action-based guarantee.

To qualify for a full refund of your initial $97 payment, you must: (a) attend at least one live Hot Seat call or submit a question for review, and (b) execute the provided C.O.R.E. frameworks.

If you do the work and do not feel you received 10x the value within the first 30 days, notify us via email, and we will issue a full refund.

After 30 days, or for any subsequent monthly subscription charges, all payments are strictly non-refundable.

4. Chargeback Policy and "Friendly Fraud"

We strictly enforce our refund policy. A credit card chargeback is not a replacement for a refund and should only be used in cases of actual, verifiable fraud (e.g., a stolen credit card).

By purchasing access to the GSD Lab, you explicitly agree that you will not initiate a chargeback, dispute, or claim with your bank or credit card company simply to bypass our cancellation or refund protocols, or to get your money back for a service you have already accessed.

If you initiate a chargeback that we deem to be invalid, baseless, or in violation of these Terms (known as "Friendly Fraud"):

Your access to the GSD Lab and all related systems will be immediately and permanently revoked.

We will aggressively dispute the chargeback with your bank using your IP address, login logs, and this signed agreement as evidence.

We reserve the right to send your account to a third-party collections agency to recover the disputed funds, plus a $50 chargeback administration fee, and any associated legal or collection costs.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks (including the C.O.R.E. methodology), CustomGPTs, GoHighLevel snapshots, and workshop recordings provided inside the GSD Lab are the exclusive property of Get Social Done, LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these assets for your own business.

You may not repackage, resell, or distribute our proprietary frameworks as your own products or courses. Doing so will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund and potential legal action.

6. Community Code of Conduct

The GSD Lab is an execution clinic for professional operators. We reserve the right to remove any member, without refund, who engages in harassment, spamming, continuous self-promotion without adding value, or abusive behavior toward other members or our staff.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Social Done, LLC and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or any tech platform (such as Meta, GoHighLevel, or OpenAI) breaking, changing rules, or disabling your accounts.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
